the usage for separate forks like lever, when the separate forks pressed down the separate bearings, the separate bearing press down the separate levers , which make the pressing dishes and the rub pieces separate , ect. So the requestes for the strength is very high , after hot forging , machining , it also need heating in order to make the strength .Of course the separate forks usually use together withe sleevs, which is done by the CNC machining, they are assembled parts together.
